When Something Goes Amiss

Should an accident occur and something be delayed, damaged or otherwise cause an inconvenience to our stakeholders, we always conduct an internal review. These discrepancy reports provide the basis for our internal improvement efforts.

We have generous liability insurance through Alandia and we can even provide insurance coverage for goods.  

The General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders is our guiding principle for claims.
